Let's see...
There are a couple of interface changes in 1.3.3. The cdev code itself has been cleaned and debugged a lot. I've even squashed a couple minor bugs in the INIT that no one's run across yet, but that I noticed while just browsing around, looking for code to bum down.
Patches to EraseRect, EraseOval, EraseRgn, and DrawMenuBar are now optional, which will hopefully fix a printing problem some of us were experiencing. If nothing else, if you don't need 'em, then things will run just that much faster. (You won't notice the speed difference - trust me - but it's there, small though it is.)
